Return Policy for Furniture

Furniture returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt; all returned items must be in new unused condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special order items and delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Red Tag clearance items are sold as is, no warranty, all sales final.

Two options are available when returning items:

• Customer may return items to a JDM location, or ship items using their preferred carrier. Once the return has been received by JDM, a refund for the product less the restocking fee will be credited to the original payment method.
• Customer may request for JDM to arrange pick up or shipping for the return. Once the return has been received by JDM, a refund for the product less the restocking fee and cost of return delivery/shipping will be credited to original payment method.

Orders may be canceled without penalty within 3 days of the order date. Canceled orders will be refunded less credit card fees (if applicable). Any orders canceled outside of this window are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee.
